I founded Amadeus Private Tailoring in 2020 intending to build a custom tailoring house blending an understated style with contemporary design, a tailoring house with precision of craftsmanship at its core. Prior to founding Amadeus Private Tailoring, I worked as an assistant store manager for a national scale menswear label there learning about styling and up-dressing the everyday man. I then became apprentice to a private service tailor in Beverly Hills, traveling to and from homes and offices. Having opportunity to fit and style celebrities, public speakers, government officials, athletes, and real estate top performers. It taught me the ‘how to’ of providing luxury custom service to executive and celebrity clientele. I now bring this experience and love, of craft to you!

The short answer is yes, but it's not recommended. The key to a truly tailor-made suit or shirt lies in precise measurements. Tailors rely on these initial body measurements to create a unique, one-of-a-kind fit pattern for each client. This process is what significantly impacts the final product. Knowing how to highlight a man's strengths while subtly downplaying less flattering aspects of his physique is essential in delivering the most flattering fit possible. Unfortunately, many “custom suit” companies fall short in this area. In today's technology-driven world, it's easy to find factories to produce suits, leading to an influx of people who lack the proper training, qualifications, and experience to do the job correctly. They wanted to "own a suit company," so they did — but I wouldn't trust them with your measurements. However, if you've had garments made before and were satisfied with the results, we can use your existing measurements along with our superior fabrics and skilled tailors to craft your new pieces. Feel free to get in touch for more details.
